Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: April 8, 2026
Because our services involve custom labor, equipment scheduling, and the transfer of digital intellectual property, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy. By making an upfront payment or establishing a retainer, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a block of time and professional expertise that cannot be recovered once committed.
1. Upfront Payments & Retainers
All Sales Final: All upfront payments for video production, editing, and graphic design services are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of heart" or project cancellations once payment is processed.
Retainer Fees: Retainers secure your spot in our production calendar. These fees are non-refundable, as they represent the reservation of equipment and labor that is otherwise made unavailable to other potential clients.
2. Video & Graphic Deliverables
Digital Nature of Work: Once digital files (Videos, Graphics, or Social Media Templates) have been delivered, the service is considered fully rendered. We do not offer refunds based on subjective style preferences or creative differences.
Revisions: To ensure the final product meets your needs, every project includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your initial agreement. It is the client’s responsibility to utilize these rounds to refine the project.
3. Filming & Production Cancellations
When you pay for a shoot, we block out our gear and crew specifically for your date.
Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to move a shoot date. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the payment for that production day to cover lost opportunity and prep costs.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a project after payment is made but before filming begins, the payment remains non-refundable. At our sole discretion, we may allow the payment to be applied as a credit toward future services.
4. Technical Issues
In the event of a technical defect (e.g., a corrupted file or broken download link), we will provide a functional replacement within 3 business days of being notified. A technical error is not grounds for a refund, but for a corrected replacement of the deliverable.
5. Policy Acknowledgement
By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and understand that you are waiving the right to a refund. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to stay in compliance with Michigan and Federal laws.
